Job description

Responsibilities and Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an IT Application Support Specialist. As an IT Application Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to various applications and systems utilized within the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of these applications, as well as providing excellent customer service to internal users.

  • Provide support for the following applications:
  • Assist users with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and general support related to the AMPD application.
  • WEB Internet/Intranet: Support users with any issues or inquiries related to the organization's internet and intranet platforms.
  • Offer technical assistance and problem-solving for users of the GUAM Opera application.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for the Rightfax application, including configuration and user assistance.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting, content management, and general support for the CHK Sharepoint platform.
  • Provide support for updating and maintaining the Business Process Management (BPM) matrix.
  • Assist with the creation and management of purchase orders for IT-related services and products.
  • SAP Daily Process Support: Support daily processes in SAP, including SA order batch print and invoice print.
  • IT Invoice/Expense Checking: Verify and validate IT invoices and expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets to breakdown IT expenses for reporting purposes.
  • Help Assist Users to Create SNOW Tickets
