Sales Manager - Sport & Fitness | MNC
Job description
Our client is a well-established sport and fitness company. They are looking for a Sales Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.
As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You'll work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with service and operational goals, and act as a key ambassador of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities targeting B2B corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales tactics
- Collaborate with customer service and operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
- A minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience within the sport, fitness, or wellness industry
- Proven track records in acquiring new businesses, growing key accounts and achieving sales target.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to work both independently and collaborate the team.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and active lifestyles.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
