Sales Manager (Pet Nutrition | 50 - 60k)

Job description

My client is a top tier pet nutrition MNC. Looking to enhance their sales performance, they are now in search of a Sales Manager.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Own the P&L for the product category, including revenue, margin, and expenses
  • Develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies that align with the company's overall sales and marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to develop and implement customer-specific programs and promotions
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers and distributors to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and address issues
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and potential threats

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of sales management experience including both key account management and distributor management
  • Proven track record of sales management within the consumer industry; FMCG or pet related product would be preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving mentality
  • Proactive, problem solving attitude with good communication skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
