Sales Manager, International Consumer Brand

Job Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for Hong Kong and Taiwan market. You will drive business development activities to increase revenue, market share and hitting sales targets for the designated product categories. You will maintain a strong relationship with existing key accounts and work closely with distribution partners on sales planning and marketing support. You will stay updated with the latest market development and uncover new business opportunities in the market. You will report to senior management regularly on sales performance, pricing analysis and market trends.


  • Degree holder in business related disciplines with at least 5 years of work experience in sales and distributor management with multinational consumer brand/ FMCG companies.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales target and a strong network with distributors in Hong Kong.
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data, pricing trends and customer insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English.
