About the Role:

  • Act as a distinguished ambassador of the brand, delivering highly personalized service with discretion, sophistication, and care.
  • Develop deep, long-term relationships by anticipating member preferences, lifestyles, and aspirations.
  • Curate thoughtful recommendations that feel intuitive, exclusive, and perfectly aligned with each client.
  • Leverage expert product knowledge to confidently guide members toward informed and rewarding purchase decisions.
  • Consistently exceed individual and team sales targets while upholding the club's culture of excellence and integrity.
  • Transform every interaction into an opportunity to add value, trust, and long-term loyalty.
  • Partner with Member Relations and internal teams to deliver refined private events, trunk shows, exhibitions, and bespoke activations.
  • Engage members with confidence and authenticity during events, enhancing both revenue opportunities and emotional connection to the brand.
  • Support inventory flow, stock replenishment, and product rotation with precision and care.
  • Maintain flawless visual presentation and merchandising that reflects the highest luxury standards at all times.

About the Candidate:

  • Proven success in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or high-touch client advisory environments.
  • A strong commercial mindset with a consistent record of achieving-and surpassing-sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage an accomplished and diverse clientele.
  • A refined eye for detail and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
  • A collaborative, service-driven mindset with a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin proficiency is a distinct advantage.
