- Partner with Member Relations and internal teams to deliver refined private events, trunk shows, exhibitions, and bespoke activations.
- Engage members with confidence and authenticity during events, enhancing both revenue opportunities and emotional connection to the brand.
- Support inventory flow, stock replenishment, and product rotation with precision and care.
- Maintain flawless visual presentation and merchandising that reflects the highest luxury standards at all times.
About the Candidate:
- Proven success in luxury retail, premium hospitality, or high-touch client advisory environments.
- A strong commercial mindset with a consistent record of achieving-and surpassing-sales goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage an accomplished and diverse clientele.
- A refined eye for detail and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- A collaborative, service-driven mindset with a genuine passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential; Mandarin proficiency is a distinct advantage.
