Sales Manager - HORECA

Job description

Our client is a European premium food product company. To support their growth plan in Hong Kong, they are now inviting a Sales Manager to lead all the business development initiatives in Hong Kong.

As the Sales Manager, you will be the key driver of the company's business in Hong Kong. You will build strong relationships with hospitality professionals, chefs, F&B directors, fine dining restaurant owners, and helping them discover and integrate our exceptional products into their menus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to the Hong Kong HORECA market
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with potential customers such as luxury hotels and fine-dining restaurants
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts with a focus on long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights

Requirement:

  • A minimal 5 years of sales experience in premium food products, wine and beverages.
  • A strong network within Hong Kong's HORECA industry
  • Deep understanding of the local culinary culture and hospitality standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for food, sustainability, and innovation
  • Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a strong advantage
