My client is a listed fabric and garment manufacturer. Looking to expand their business within the US market, they are now in search of a Sales Director to lead their new team.

Reporting to the group's General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as the key sales leader of the garment business for the US market
• Lead the setup of sales team and business plan for the US market regarding sales, revenue, expense, production, and compliance
• Manage the existing clients and develop new businesses to achieve revenue targets
• Manage sales performance and activities of individual sales to ensure sales achievements
• Work with both internal and external stake holders to ensure smooth execution of sales & marketing strategies

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of sales experience within the garment industry
• Strong industry knowledge within the garment and textile sector
• Experience with US clients with the apparel and retail market
• Team management experience would be an advantage
• Self driven, strong business sense with good communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
