Sales Associate (Client Advisor)

Job description

About the Role:

  • Deliver consistently excellent customer service
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets set by management
  • Go the extra mile to increase sales performance
  • Gather and understand customer feedback to identify their needs and those of the local community
  • Continuously expand and refresh knowledge of products and technology
  • Build strong, productive, and trustworthy relationships with clients
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including awareness of new product developments
  • Proactively approach and engage clients in-store
  • Promote and cross-sell relevant products
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure both the interior and exterior of the store meet company standards
  • Support customers with product setup and occasionally carry out installations

About the Candidate:

  • Proactive, positive, and passionate about building a career in the retail industry
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Sales Associate
  • Strong team player with energy and high motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Adaptable and capable of responding to immediate or unexpected challenges
  • Experienced in a customer-facing sales environment
