CRM Analyst, Asset Management

Our client is a global asset management company with diversified businesses. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for Analytics professional to join their Global Data Analytics team bases in HK.

Reporting to Global Head, you will be a key member of the team to drive Data/ Customer Analytics function to provide customer insight to support business decisions. You will help to deliver data solutions, perform business opportunities analysis to enhance customer experience. You will assist in data monitoring and data quality improvement. You will help with the customer behaviour analysis, marketing campaign targeting, and creating analytic reports.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in analytics and/or CRM gained in Banking and/or Financial Services Industries
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • SQL and Python programming knowledge is required
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Cantonese
