Sales Administration & Analysis Manager - 40k / FMCG

My client is a top tier European luxury confectionery brand with over 100 years of history. Looking to reinforce their sales operation and to improve their business, they are now in search of a Sales Administration & Analysis Manager.

You will be maintaining commercial excellence through regular forecast, marketing performance report, inventory control, POS system implementation and business / cost analysis. As a Sales Administration & Analysis Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Reporting to the Director and managing the overall sales operation excellence across retail, key account, ecommerce and B2B channels
• Performing business and cost analysis and highlight insights for business improvements
• Performing regular analysis for sales performance, marketing promotion and product category report
• Managing sales forecast against inventory allocation and adjusting allocation plan against inventory or market change
• Collaborating with sales and supply chain teams to maximize accuracy of forecast against buying and allocation plan
• Collaborating with IT and sales team on POS system implementation

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of sales operation excellence experience within the consumer sector
• Experience on forecast, reporting and inventory control is a MUST
• Experience on cost and business analysis would be an advantage
• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics would be an advantage
• Proactive, independent and strong communication skills
• Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is a MUST
