Risk and Compliance VP - Asset Management

AVP/ VP, Risk Management (Asset Management)

Our client is one of the establish SFC licensing Corporation in Hong Kong. They are looking for an VP, Risk and Compliance candidate for their Asset Management Business.

Responsibilities:

• Check and implement control on the Asset Management workflow based on the company standard procedure and policies
• Manage, update and review operations and processes to make sure control effectiveness
• Plan and prepare workflow and facilitate implementation of operational flows based on regulations updates
• Prepare and collect the information and data for internal audit or external audit
• Communicate with other department and external counterparties

Requirements:

• University graduated from Finance or other related disciplines
• 5 years' experience in Asset Management Company or Bank
• Familiar with Securities and Futures Ordinance
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
