Revenue Manager

About the Company

A rapidly expanding business in the internet and technology sector. With over 100 people in the Hong Kong office, they are looking for a Revenue Manager to join their team and manage revenue accounting, analysis and reconciliation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal revenue accounting and reconciliation function of the business
• In charge of maintaining company's reporting standards and guidelines in accordance to IFRS 15 revenue recognition standards
• Establish and implement revenue recognition practices within the group office and its subsidiaries
• Work closely with external auditors to ensure policies are adhered to and meet accounting policies
• Hire and manage a team to take charge of internal billing and revenue recognition workflows
• Ad Hoc projects and duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or relevant disciplines preferred
• At least 8 years of experience revenue accounting or all rounded position with strong revenue accounting focus
• Previous work experience in the software or services industry would be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to understand complex issues
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
