Revenue Controller (Int'l Law Firm, up to HK$45k)

Our client is one of the world's leading global law firms with an established and stable business, They have an excellent reputation in the market and more than 40 offices around the globe.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly billing and collection forecasts and manage end-to-end working capital cycle for Partners and/or practice groups.
• Provide updates on critical areas like WIP management, cash collection, and corrective actions.
• Monitor aging balances and support bad debt provision estimation.
• Oversee the E-Billing process, coordinate invoice submissions with e-billing team, ensuring all issues are being followed-up and resolved promptly.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to assess financial risks and promote policy adherence.
• Support Finance projects and drive continuous improvement in service delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in an international law firm
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Familar with Elite3E or Aderant system
• Strong technical skills including work knowledge in Excel and Word
