Retail Operations Manager (Travel Retail, Beauty)

Job Description:

• Communicate closely with retail staffs to assist on store daily operations
• Review monthly sell-in orders with retailers
• Manage stock coverage and ensure sufficient stock level
• Responsible for developing team talents and coach new staffs with Regional Trainer

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of relevant retail experience in beauty industry, preferred exposure to travel retail business.
• Strong business sense, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
• People-oriented supervisory skill and sales-focus
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Field based, Majority of time spend in store and work schedule according to sales and event plan
• Weekly travel to Macau
