Retail Operations Manager (Luxury Watches)

Job Description:

  • Communicate closely with retail staffs to assist on store daily operations
  • Support store operations for smooth selling
  • Regular report store performance to General Manager
  • Manage stock coverage and ensure sufficient stock level
  • Responsible for developing team talents and coach new staffs with Regional Trainer

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of relevant retail experience in luxury retail industry
  • Strong business sense, good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
  • People-oriented supervisory skill and sales-focus
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Field based, majority of time spend in store and work schedule according to sales plan
