Retail Manager - Fashion

About the Role:

  • Oversee day-to-day business of all retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau.
  • Drive sales performance, productivity, and profitability against targets.
  • Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance and customer conversion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
  • Foster a strong performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and customer-centricity.
  • Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Champion exceptional customer service and elevate the in-store customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Work closely with Head Office teams including Merchandising, Marketing, HR, and Finance.
  • Support new store openings, renovations, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail
  • Strong understanding of the Hong Kong and Macau retail markets and consumer behaviors.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing multiple store locations.
  • Experience in leading and developing large retail teams.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Proficiency in retail systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
