Retail Director - Luxury

About the Role:

• Develop and implement the regional retail strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for growth to maximize sales performance.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores in the region, ensuring high standards of customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze sales performance to drive optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and retail teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Implement training programs to enhance team skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure the right product mix and availability in stores.
• Manage inventory levels and turnover rates to maximize sales and minimize losses.
• Uphold the brand's image and values across all retail locations.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotional activities within the region.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to senior management.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in retail management with a focus on Luxury.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management and analysis.
• Cultural awareness and understanding of the retail landscape.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese or Mandarin is highly desirable.
