Relationship Manager - Retail Banking

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for promoting, soliciting, developing existing and new business
  • Maintain customer relationship, develop the portfolio by prospecting new clients and offering suitable banking services to existing clients
  • Provide professional financial solutions in areas of banking products and services
  • Maintain efficient servicing and provide efficient administration support to the department
Requirements:
  • Possess relevant frontline experience in financial services industry
  • Possess IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to develop a network of target prospects
  • Demonstrate a strong drive to achieve sales, be self-motivated to face sales challenges and be able to work under pressure
  • Fast learner and mature with strong sales and customer orientation
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Relationship Manager
