About the Role:
- Translate global visual merchandising guidelines into effective regional execution while respecting local market nuances.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling, visual standards, and customer experience across all APAC stores.
- Lead seasonal campaign rollouts, new store openings, refits, and major visual initiatives across the region.
- Partner closely with regional merchandising, buying, and retail teams to maximize sell‑through and productivity through visual execution.
- Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize product presentation and floor layouts.
- Use visual merchandising as a strategic tool to support key commercial priorities and growth targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of country or area visual merchandising managers.
- Build strong relationships with regional retail leadership and store management teams.
- Deliver training programs, workshops, and on‑the‑job coaching to elevate visual capability at all levels.
- Conduct regular store visits across the region to assess standards, provide feedback, and implement improvements.
- Support store openings, closures, relocations, and renovations, ensuring visual excellence from concept to execution.
- Act as the visual merchandising authority and key point of contact for APAC markets.
- Ensure alignment between visual merchandising, marketing campaigns, and omnichannel initiatives.
- Provide regional feedback to global teams to influence future visual strategies and tools.
- Manage regional visual merchandising budgets, tools, and resources effectively.
- Ensure timely execution of visual updates and adherence to operational calendars.
- Maintain visual guidelines, reports, and best‑practice documentation.
About the Candidate:
- 8+ years' experience in fashion visual merchandising
- Regional or multi‑store experience within Asia Pacific
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial mindset with a passion for fashion and brand presentation
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region
- Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of how visual merchandising drives sales.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance global brand standards with local market adaptation.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Culturally aware and adaptable, with experience working across diverse APAC markets.
