About the Role:

  • Lead and elevate brand execution across regions, ensuring strong alignment with global strategy.
  • Partner with local markets to shape annual marketing plans, budgets, and high-impact activations.
  • Localize global campaigns with cultural relevance while protecting brand DNA and consistency.
  • Be the key regional bridge between global HQ, local teams, and creative partners.
  • Review and guide creative assets, proposals, and in-store experiences to deliver a seamless, premium brand journey.
  • Define and drive the regional event strategy to support business growth and brand positioning.
  • Translate insights into distinctive event concepts and elevated clientele experiences.
  • Mentor local event teams to ensure excellence, consistency, and innovation.
  • Champion partnerships and creative ideas that push the brand experience to the next level.
  • Shape regional PR and social strategies to strengthen brand visibility, relevance, and authority.
  • Lead collaboration with PR agencies, media, and influencers across markets.
  • Guide content, social storytelling, and community engagement to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Set clear KPIs and continuously optimize performance across PR and social platforms.
  • Drive strategies to acquire, engage, and convert members using customer insights and data.
  • Oversee CRM communications for events and campaigns across email, SMS, and direct channels.
  • Elevate customer experience through personalization, feedback, and post-event engagement.
  • Partner with vendors to curate gifts and collaterals that enhance loyalty and long-term relationships.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications.
  • A strategic brand thinker who turns vision into impactful campaigns and experiences.
  • A confident project leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-market environments.
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • A strong communicator who influences and builds trust across global and local stakeholders.
