About the Role:

- Translate insights into distinctive event concepts and elevated clientele experiences.
- Mentor local event teams to ensure excellence, consistency, and innovation.
- Champion partnerships and creative ideas that push the brand experience to the next level.
- Shape regional PR and social strategies to strengthen brand visibility, relevance, and authority.
- Lead collaboration with PR agencies, media, and influencers across markets.
- Guide content, social storytelling, and community engagement to ensure consistency and impact.
- Set clear KPIs and continuously optimize performance across PR and social platforms.
- Drive strategies to acquire, engage, and convert members using customer insights and data.
- Oversee CRM communications for events and campaigns across email, SMS, and direct channels.
- Elevate customer experience through personalization, feedback, and post-event engagement.
- Partner with vendors to curate gifts and collaterals that enhance loyalty and long-term relationships.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, PR, or communications.
