Regional Facilities Manager 45k - MNC Group

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the implementation and standardization of office projects and workplace strategy
  • Act as the main contact point for urgent repair and maintenance matters.
  • Manage administrative tasks including budgeting, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide company and project data
  • Partner with the Regional Head to introduce new policies, guidelines, and digital initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in project management, ideally in multinational office settings.
  • Proven experience in office relocation & renovation projects with knowledge in ESG reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving and negotation skills
