One of our key hedge fund clients is going through a fast paced growth in the region. With their key strategies focus on expanding their Asia market presence, they are looking for a high-calibre individual to join their team in Hong Kong as Regional Broker RM.

Reporting the head of the team, you will join an experienced and lean function where you will focus on wining and managing broker relationships across Asia region. To effectively do this, you'll have to work very closely with the investment teams in the business to understand resources needed, product and service offerings, as well as, assist in managing vendor relationships externally. This role requires someone who's highly motivated and fully understand the capabilities of the Business, and be able to articulate this to their partners.

To qualify, individuals must have:

  • Bachelor degree or above, CFA qualification preferred
  • Mininum 8 years' broker relationship management experience or Equity Sales background within investment banking or prime brokerage
  • Asia Pacific regional market exposure
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese a must, other Asian languages desirable
  • Some basic coding / programming language skill
  • Must already be based in Hong Kong
