Regional Brand Manager

Job Responsilibilies:

- Establish and nurture connections with essential stakeholders such as distributors, retailers, and media partners to provide support for a wide array of brands.

- Efficiently handle budgets and resources for each brand, customizing strategies to align with the specific requirements and goals of each product line.

- Devise and implement well-thought-out marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and generate revenue in the APAC region

- Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives for each brand by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities across variousbrands through market research, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Maximize brand exposure and market penetration by overseeing the planning and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and events for different brands.

- Ensure cohesive and effective brand messaging

Job Requirements:

- Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Demonstrated a proven track record in brand management or marketing positions within the consumer goods industry, preferably in the APAC region.

- Possess a strong ability for strategic thinking and analysis, enabling the conversion of insights into actionable plans.

- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and regions.

- Have showcased experience in successfully overseeing end-to-end product launches and marketing campaigns- Have familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media and e-commerce.

- Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while also being adaptable to changing market conditions.

- Fluency in English is a must requirement, and proficiency in additional APAC languages is considered advantageous.
