Our client is a US listed technology company, they are currently hiring a Regional Accountant for their global finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity for candidates who are looking for a stable career in a US MNC as a Regional Accountant, handles financial and statutory accounting, reporting, tax and compliance.
Reports to Senior Accountant Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Perform daily accounting duties and month-end / year-end closing tasks
  • Assist in financial and statutory accounting and reporting
  • Ensures compliance with regulations of GAAP and internal controls, maintain awareness of SOX compliance rules and regulations
  • Deal with tax representatives and internal auditors to ensure complete, timely, and accurate responses to information requests
  • Assist in annual audit, accounting standards compliance and internal control procedure
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines with CPA qualification
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in assurance (audit) and financial reporting
  • Familiar with HKFRS and US GAAP
  • Work experiences in SAP / Oracle
  • Self-motivated, problem solving skills and able to work independently
  • Speaks fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
