About Us:

Ambition is a leading global recruitment and executive search business operating across key international cities specializing in areas within Banking & Financial Services, Business Support, Finance & Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain & Procurement, and Technology. As part of our expansion plans in Hong Kong we are looking for Recruitment Consultants / Associate Consultants to join our growing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand client's job assignment requirements and conduct searches for potential talent in the market
  • Conduct candidate interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the best talent for vacancies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients to maximize business opportunities
  • Business development and networking to acquire recruitment assignments
  • Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
  • Enhance candidate and client pool through various sourcing methods

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in relevant disciplines
  • Experience in recruitment, sales or business development or strong interest in talent acquisition
  • Fresh graduates will be considered as a researcher or Associate Consultant position and be provided with a structured training program
  • Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
  • Self-motivated and results driven, with a positive mindset
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be advantageous
