Outstanding opportunities exist for high calibre individuals to join Ambition's Banking and Financial Services Practice in Hong Kong as a Consultant / Senior Consultant and develop their careers in Financial Services, Front Office recruitment.

Our Banking and Financial Services Practice recruits across Front to Back Office positions across all levels including Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Strategy, Transformation, Marketing, Products, Sales and Trading. We have an established client base, strong brand and a proven track record in the Hong Kong market built up since 2001.

Our team has achieved consistently strong, record-breaking revenue performance. With a market that continues to show positive signs and continously growing Front Office client portfolios, we are interested in hearing from individuals who have the potential, attitude and passion to develop their careers with us.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Banking / Financial Services recruitment industry
  • Banking in-house recruiters looking to go back into agency side will also be considered
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A positive attitude, energy and strong drive to succeed
  • Highly self-motivated and a desire for quick results
  • English and Cantonese speaking skills are a must. Mandarin will be a definite advantage
  • Proven ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo

Less experienced candidates will be considered as "Associate Consultant" or "Researcher" for those who wish to develop their careers within candidate sourcing capacity.
