Recruitment Consultant

Our Hong Kong business is now looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our high-performing teams to build and grow their career within recruitment. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to explore a career in recruitment or an experienced consultant looking for a new environment, desk, or a step up in their current role.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Understanding clients recruitment needs
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for potential opportunities.
• Manage the candidate recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in an external recruitment role is a plus.
• Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
