Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage well-round reception and administrative duties
  • Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls, emails, courier, meeting arrangements and enquiries
  • Support on soft service coordination like cleaning and security
  • Perform office administration tasks including office procurement and maintenance
  • Assist in event and meeting planning and implementation

Requirements

  • Diploma in relevant discipline
  • 3+ years as a Receptionist, ideally within financial services industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong multitasking, organizational and time management skills
