Receptionist - Int'l Law Firm (up to HK$28k)

Our client is a well-established and prestigious international law firm, they have a sizable office in the heart of Central and currently looking for a Receptionist to join their business support team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet, escort and assist guests at the firm's reception area
• Handle incoming phone calls, mails, fax and courier
• Manage and coordinate meeting room bookings
• Provide exceptional guest service in a professional, positive and hospitable manner
• Assist in catering orders coordination and room setup for events
• Arrange hotel reservation and car booking for visitors from their global offices
• Assisting in simple administrative tasks like updating internal documents and systems
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements:

• At least 3 years' relevant experience within legal, professional, or financial services industry
• Candidates with hospitality background may also be considered
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point, Outlook
• Able to multitask, positive and can-do working attitude

Job Offer:

• Monday-Friday
• Stable working hours no OT
• 20 days Annual Leave
• Central work location
