Receptionist and Administrative | up to 30K

Job description


  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference rooms, coordinating with internal staff and external parties as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Maintain visitor logs and security procedures, ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors and callers, resolving routine issues or escalating them to the appropriate individuals.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using office equipment, such as telephone systems, printers, and photocopiers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
