Receptionist and admin, $27K, HK island

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage office inventory and facilities maintenance;
  • Front desk and administrative duties as and when required;
  • Logistics arrangement for office events, meetings and business trips;
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Partners


Requirnemnts:

  • Diploma or above;
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, Mandarin is a must;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing
