Job Title: Receptionist
Location: North Point
Job Type: Full time (1 years renewable contract)




Job Summary:


We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team and work for one of our valuable client. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our company.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer enquiries promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages when needed.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring visitor access, registration and issuing badges.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and provide information about services.
  • Support other departments as needed



Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.



Work schedule:

  • Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:30pm)
  • No Overtime working needed
  • Medical covered
