Quality Assurance / Tester/ BA (Banking)- (18-22k)

Responsibilities:

• Capturing, analysing and documenting business process
• Participating in the designing of solutions or change interventions
• Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
• Assisting in the implementation of solutions
• Review and analyze system specifications for mortgage online platforms
• Execute test cases, record and analyze results according to the test plans
• Evaluate IT deliverables (e.g. product features) according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues found during testing phase
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the mortgage online platform development lifecycle

Requirements:

• University degree in related discipline (Business/Finance/Information Technology)
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Confluence, JIRA)
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to the changes
