Project Officer , Corporate banking (30-40k)

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and rolling out branch-level system upgrades and operational enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across Hong Kong, overseas branches, and Head Office to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare operational documentation, reports for regulators/head office, and contribute to internal process reviews.
  • Provide operational support or training to different branches when needed.
  • Organize project meetings, prepare materials, track progress, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Take on additional duties as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking back-office operations with hands on experience in project management
  • Knowledge of core banking systems is an advantage
  • Experience interacting with regional or head-office teams is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in both English and Chinese
  • Strong command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
