Project management (marketing, CRM, ecom)

My client is a top tier FMCG MNC. Looking to enhance their commercial digital application, they are now in search of a Project Manager.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the key leader for digital projects between global technology goal and local market business directions
  • Manage and drive technology vendors to complete digital project in response to website enhancement, CRM program and ecommerce
  • Understand and analyse business performance and provide relative digital solutions
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to ensure smooth digital solution implementation
  • Conduct regular review, testing and evaluation on results of new projects and enhancement
  • Communicate with global team on local market's digital and marketing direction

To qualify, one must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years of digital project management or enhancement experience
  • Working experience of Jira, Asana or other project management tools
  • Working experience of Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce or other digital marketing analytics tools
  • Experience working with and managing technology or digital vendors
  • Project management certification such as PMP or Agile will be an advantage
  • Experience within FMCG, consumer goods or B2C industries will be an advantage
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial with good communication skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
