About the Bank: We are partnering with a well-established bank to find a talented IT Project Manager / Business Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable financial institution and contribute to its investment business line, focusing on stocks, funds, and bonds.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze business requirements to support investment-related projects.
  • Lead IT projects from initiation to roll-out, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business users, technical teams (internal and external), regulatory bodies, and senior management.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), facilitate IT solutions, troubleshoot issues, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate efforts among various parties to achieve project goals.
  • Share domain expertise with the broader project team to enhance overall project outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives with teams distributed across multiple locations.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese).
