Project Executive (MNC, HK Listed, 30k)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design team's projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
• Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Foster collaboration between different teams to create cohesive and innovative campaigns.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and strategic insights.
• Evaluate project outcomes, providing feedback and direction to optimize future initiatives.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, recording minutes, preparing agendas, and overseeing project and task execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
