Our client is a leading global consumer brand company with many well-known brands headquartered in the US. The company is famous for its people-oriented team culture and business presence in over 100 countries. With the Asia business expansion and upscale plan, the company is looking for a Project & New Business Ddevelopment Manager, APAC.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients to expand the business market share and increase revenue. As a Project & New Business Ddevelopment Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing new project launches from execution to delivery, including brand approvals with the global team for design, assets and product
  • In charge of daily operations, monitoring licensee's business and identifying improvement areas to ensure licensees maintain operational excellence
  • Handling financial, budget, business reports and legal documents
  • Engaging with potential clients and identifying new business opportunities within APAC
  • Generating proposals, pitch presentations and tracking the conversion rate

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and have 6+ years of core Project and New Business Development experience in the licensing/ events/ entertainment industry
  • Experience in IP licensing with a proven track record in generating new business opportunities in APAC
  • Excellent business acumen with solid experience in partnering with the global and regional team in an international and fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding problem-solving and communication skills with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Solution-oriented, passionate and proactive attitude
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
