Job Duties

  • Analyse, map, and redesign legal workflows to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance service delivery.
  • Work with lawyers and business teams on innovation initiatives, including the design and implementation of legal technology solutions.
  • Manage project tasks independently, meet deadlines, and support end‑to‑end delivery.
  • Assist in deploying and customising legal tech tools, ensuring smooth adoption by lawyers and operational teams.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to users on new processes and technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging legal technology trends and communicate relevant insights to legal teams and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute ideas that support continuous improvement and innovation within the legal practice.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Prior exposure to legal technology or innovation projects is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft tools; familiarity with legal tech tools is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using digital platforms; understanding of Generative AI is a plus.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the capability to document and interpret complex processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Curious, innovative, and eager to learn in a fast‑evolving environment.
  • Commercially aware with a client‑focused mindset.
  • Structured onboarding and continuous learning in legal technology and innovation.
  • Hands‑on exposure to market‑leading legal tech tools and high‑quality legal service delivery.
