Program Manager - Backend Applications Portfolio

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to oversee our portfolio of back-end application projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex software development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple back-end application projects across the organization
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership
  • Ensure alignment of projects with overall business objectives and technical strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies
  • Manage program budgets and resource utilization
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in software development
  • Strong understanding of back-end technologies, architectures, and development practices
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • PMP or other relevant program management certification is a plus Required Skills:
