About the Role:
- Design and execute comprehensive strategic plans, followed by in‑depth ROI evaluations highlighting key insights and impactful outcomes.
- Track sales performance meticulously and deliver multi‑angle sales analyses, providing clear insights and recommended actions to drive results.
- Develop the annual business forecast, aligning closely with brand strategic direction and integrating commercial teams' feedback for optimal relevance.
- Partner seamlessly with both local and regional teams to ensure strong support, alignment, and excellence in all novelty launches and major campaigns.
- Cultivate strong cross‑functional collaboration with Boutiques, Training, Communication, and Operations teams to maximize timepiece visibility, brand desirability, and commercial potential in the market.
- Elevate in‑boutique expertise by transmitting rich product knowledge and nurturing an engaged and educated watch‑enthusiast community.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the timepiece competitive landscape, identifying emerging opportunities and potential challenges for the brand.
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in luxury goods or high-end consumer products.
- Strong understanding of the timepiece industry, including design trends, technologies, and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Passionate in luxury timepieces and an appreciation for fine craftsmanship.
