Product Manager - Luxury

About the Role:

  • Design and execute comprehensive strategic plans, followed by in‑depth ROI evaluations highlighting key insights and impactful outcomes.
  • Track sales performance meticulously and deliver multi‑angle sales analyses, providing clear insights and recommended actions to drive results.
  • Develop the annual business forecast, aligning closely with brand strategic direction and integrating commercial teams' feedback for optimal relevance.
  • Partner seamlessly with both local and regional teams to ensure strong support, alignment, and excellence in all novelty launches and major campaigns.
  • Cultivate strong cross‑functional collaboration with Boutiques, Training, Communication, and Operations teams to maximize timepiece visibility, brand desirability, and commercial potential in the market.
  • Elevate in‑boutique expertise by transmitting rich product knowledge and nurturing an engaged and educated watch‑enthusiast community.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the timepiece competitive landscape, identifying emerging opportunities and potential challenges for the brand.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in luxury goods or high-end consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of the timepiece industry, including design trends, technologies, and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Passionate in luxury timepieces and an appreciation for fine craftsmanship.
