Product Development Executive (Luxury | 23 - 26k)

My client is top tier manufacturer for luxury print and packaging. Looking to enhance their product development function, they are now in search of a Product Development Executive.

Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Support on incoming inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare necessary information for quotation request while maintaining internal system up to date
• Manage the ordering process and ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Managing the product development timeline from pre-production, sampling, technical specification etc
• oversee print press and mass production checking/sign-off to ensure that products meet the quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure smooth logistics process

To qualify, one must possess

• At least 3 years of customer support and product development support experience within the manufacturing industry
• Experience working with luxury, printing or packaging company would be an advantage
• Experience of following through on product from client request, quotation, product development and logistics arrangements
• Team player mentality, keen to learn and detail minded
• Proficient command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
