Product Compliance Manager - Life Insurance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the product and marketing materials review within the team
• Review product and marketing materials including sales materials and all types of products, services and distribution channels
• Assist in the development of effective product and selling process compliance programs, including identification, evaluation of controls for relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist in developing controls and supervising framework to identify, overseeing and mitigating the product compliance risk
• Provide advisory support on business projects and new initiatives
• Provide compliance advice and clearance for product and marketing campaigns and press releases

Requirements

• Life Insurance experience is a must
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Financial Services sector across Risk Management, Compliance or Legal functions
• Experience in working closely with regulatory bodies
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
