Procurement Officer (Retail | 24 - 35k)

My client is one of Hong Kong leading retail group. Looking to reinforce their procurement function, they are now in search of a Procurement Offier. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Officer (up to 35k).

Reporting to the Assistant Procurement Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop procurement expertise in indirect category (including corporate services, facilities management, office supplies)
• Engage business stakeholders proactively to identify and manage the demand pipeline.
• Implement long-term category management plan and project-specific procurement contracting strategies.
• Execute market engagements and manage supplier relationships, performance, and development
• Develop effective supply chain strategies, foster partnerships with strategic contractors, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures

To qualify, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 2 years of procurement or supply chain experience
• Experience working within indirect procureement category
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Procurement Officer (up to 38k)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and functions such as Pivot Table and Vlookup
• Fast learner with good communication skills
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
