(Principal) Recruitment Consultant- non-IT Contracting

As a recruitment consultant in our Hong Kong business, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of specialist recruiters who have an excellent reputation in the industry. This role will prepare you to manage your own robust pipeline of clients and talent in the Hong Kong market. With an active job market, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships within your portfolio and striving towards individual targets.

To qualify for the role of recruitment consultant with Ambition individuals should:

• Have a keen interest in a role in sales
• Preferably 2-3+ years of sales experience with proven success
• Have a background in Technology, Banking or Sales and Marketing would be a plus
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, target driven and enjoy building relationships
• Possess a keen interest in developing your career in a client facing sales role
• Have strong communication skills and be willing to learn
