We're now looking for Experienced Consultants to join our high-performing teams and continue to grow their career within recruitment. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to explore a new environment, desk, or a step up in their current role.

What you will do

• Business Development calls to generate new clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for potential opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain a strong client network and talent pipeline.

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in an external recruitment role.
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Existing track record within an agency setting, preferably in a 360' recruitment capacity.
