Principal Consultant

Ambition is a leading global recruitment business operating across key international cities, specializing in areas within Banking & Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, Contracting, Human Resources, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Supply Chain and Technology.

We're now looking for an Experienced Consultant to join our high-performing team and take ownership of their own desk. This role is perfect for someone who's confident in their ability to bill, wants more control over their desk, and is looking to grow into a leadership or principal role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own and grow a specialized desk within your vertical
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement
• Build lasting relationships with clients and act as a trusted hiring advisor
• Mentor junior consultants (if applicable) and contribute to team success
• Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets with full support from leadership
• Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4+ years of agency recruitment experience with a strong billing track record
• Proven success in a 360-consultant role (or strong delivery with BD exposure)
• Confident communicator with a consultative approach to client and candidate relationships
• Driven, ambitious, and commercially minded
• Ability to converse in Cantonese on a business level is preferred
