Based in HK, you will be responsible for developing and designing a complete Post Sales B2B Services strategy that aligns with the company's brand value proposition to support sales growth.

As an After-Sales Service Manager (Team Leader role), your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a small team, develop and design a complete Post Sales B2B Services portfolio that aligns with the company's brand value proposition to support sales growth.
  • Define performance measurement indicators to ensure consistency, profitability, and cost-effectiveness across the B2B Services portfolio.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure alignment of B2B services portfolio and activity with the company's brand value proposition.
  • Provide internal guidance and define the scope of the company's B2B Services portfolio for Corporate Accounts.
  • Monitor and review operational targets and KPIs to ensure the achievement.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and 8 years of related work experience in a Post-Sales Service Management role in B2B sector
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in service operations, preferably in the telecommunications or home electronics industry.
  • Strong analytical and influential skills with excellent presentation and influencing skills
  • Proactive individual with strong supervisory skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
