PMO - Commerce - Hong Kong

A MNC client is looking for a PMO to join their project team as individual contributor.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize and develop projects
  • Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
  • Analyse financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
  • Provide financial reports and budget outlines to Executives
  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines

Hiring requirement

  • Bachelor degree in business administration, accounting, technology or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in project management
  • Good with numbers; solid budgeting experience
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting purpose
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
