PMO Analyst - MNC | Open to Big 4 Consultant

As a PMO Analyst, you will support the PMO function by providing critical analysis, reporting, and governance across a diverse range of projects and programs. You'll work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure transparency, consistency, and alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and milestones across portfolios.
• Maintain and enhance PMO tools, templates, and dashboards.
• Support resource planning, financial tracking, and benefits realization.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and standards.
• Facilitate project reviews, audits, and lessons learned sessions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business management or a relevant discipline.
• Minimal 2 years of proven experience in PMO or Consultant role. PMP qualification would be a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Power BI, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English is required.
